Story behind this is that Misty wearing a ridiculous makeover and getting scorched by Vulpix's fire spin in the episode "Pokemon Fashion Flash" got filmed and has gone viral online. And so, somewhere in the Cerulean Gym, Misty's sexy older sisters Daisy, Lily, and Violet are watching the video and are laughing their pretty little bikini clad butts off, just enjoying the heck out of the runt's humilation.
