Pokemon: Ursula Demotivational

Re-uploaded "Pokemon" Demotivational poster. I think the story behind this fanart pic is an outtake of Ursula's second appearance where she showed off Plusle and Minun to Dawn (whom I've warmed up to a bit, BTW). Just as she's getting ready to "fill Dawn with happiness and joy", the wind lifts her skirt up, revealing the pantyhose she's wearing underneath. The sight of this causes Dawn to topple over and roll on the ground, laughing her ass off at her rival's expense, which only adds to Ursula's humiliation. Good luck trying to bully our heroine now, Ursula!
